Hello everyone, The penultimate film in this project is a doozy. It just celebrated its 10th anniversary and many regard it as one of Christopher Nolan's greatest successes. When it first came out, I didn't think I had the mental capacity to be able to handle it. People said it was crazy confusing and that scared me. But now that I've grown up a little more and expanded my film horizons, I thought I would be ready to jump into this world and experience what everyone has been raving about for so long.... Hello everyone, Today's film was a family Disney treat that slipped through the cracks for me when it first came out. Hello everyone, Today's film is a form of semi-retraction to something I've written and published previously. A couple of weeks ago I was writing about directors who weren't for me, and I name dropped Martin Scorsese because his 2016 film Silence disappointed me to the point of an 1100 word rant/thesis. Then I stumbled across another one of his films starring Leonardo DiCaprio and thought I would give him one last shot to disappoint me. Hello everyone, Today's film was one of few times I have ever been sucked into watching a film simply off its trailer. Netflix like to dump trailers out for all their content all the time, and this one just happened to come up in my Recommended on YouTube. I was utterly intrigued by the trailer and the concept, and got 100% sucked into watching the film.
